As Muslims, we believe that Allah is self- sufficient and independent of any need.
This means that Allah does not need us.
So the question is if Allah is not in need of us, why does He tell us to worship him in the Qur’an?

So the answer is that Allah does not need us, but we need him.
Muslims believe that their main purpose in life is to worship and obey Allah. Not to benefit Allah, but to benefit themselves.
By worshipping Allah, we can ask for His help and guidance, show thankfulness, and develop qualities such as patience, humility, and compassion.
As Allah SWT said:
“O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.” (2:153)

Would you be able to truly love someone or feel close to them without talking to them?

Acts of worship, like prayer, dua, and remembrance, help us build and strengthen our relationship with our Creator.
Allah loves to listen to His Servants!
“Call upon Me; I will respond to you.” (40:60)
Allah wants us to call upon Him. He wants to answer the duas of those who sincerely seek His help.
By encouraging believers to call upon Him, Allah provides a means for us to seek guidance, assistance, and blessings.
By doing nimaz or worshipping Allah Allow us to express our
needs, hopes, and desires.
